This is where laws must appear and finally pave the way for economic development, creation of jobs, a new industrialisation of Moldova and the formation of a modern and competitive agrarian complex,&#8221; Chicu said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He underlined that the whole society, entrepreneurs, investors and farmers were waiting to see in the Parliament a centre of transformations and genuine people-oriented reforms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to Mr Chicu, these reforms must provide incentives for development, encourage initiatives, attract investment and solve major problems in the fields of energy, transport and the banking system.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;A parliament of the country that, hand in hand with the government, day after day designs and implements incentives, freedoms, a new economy and a high quality of life, but not bans, taxes and penalties. This is our goal.
