The ALTERNATIVE Electoral Bloc concluded its election campaign with a public event, where its four leaders – Ion Ceban, Ion Chicu, Alexandr Stoianoglo, and Mark Tkaciuk – issued mobilizing appeals to citizens, urging them to turn out in large numbers on Sunday, September 28, and to transform their vote into a decision for change and responsibility for the future of the Republic of Moldova.

Ion Ceban emphasized the importance of the September 28 vote, describing it as a decisive moment for the country.

“Sunday is a crucial day for the future of the Republic of Moldova. Through our vote we can put an end to lies, division, fear, and poverty. The goal of the ALTERNATIVE Bloc is to guarantee peace, unity, and prosperity. This is the most beautiful and peaceful protest against a government that, for four years, has ruled through lies and lawlessness.”

Ion Chicu declared that voting is the strongest form of democratic protest against corruption and incompetence.

“In these past months we have shown that politics can be done differently: with respect, dialogue, and professionalism. Our program is solid, validated by specialists and by citizens. Now comes the decisive moment. On Sunday, September 28, we must all go to vote. A vote for ALTERNATIVE means a new future for our children, our families, for every village and city.”

Alexandr Stoianoglo criticized the current government for the way it conducted its campaign, accusing it of manipulation and promoting fear.

“Instead of civilized debates, PAS has brought hatred, blackmail, and war scenarios. Is this truly the fate our families deserve? Of course not. This Sunday, I urge you to choose the path of peace, respect, and development. Elections should not be about fear, but about people and the future.”

For his part, Mark Tkaciuk said that people now have in front of them a true alternative.

“The government has nothing left to offer. We speak about jobs, decent pensions and salaries, about justice for everyone. Division or unity? Lies or truth? Defamation or justice? ALTERNATIVE is the answer. ALTERNATIVE must win!”

The ALTERNATIVE Bloc emphasises that the September 28 elections are an opportunity for every citizen to express their vote and contribute to the change and development of the Republic of Moldova.
